Lyrica 150 Mg And Nsaids- Safe To Use Together?

Hello, doc prescribed me lyrica 150 mg for burning, tingling and aching on my foot which started after a sprain ankle that happened 4,5 months ago. I didn't want to use it because of the serious side effects described, but I've been using it for a week now. To reduce side effect risk, I stopped taking my NSAID drug (acemetasin, voltaren (diklofenak sodium), Cycladol (Piroxicam), etodolac etc. My pain and burning sensation didn't lessen much and my foot swells sometimes. My question is if I can take NSAID drugs safely with Lyrica and which one is best to use in my condition? It's been almost 5 months and I've been taking NSAIDs most of this time. I used to take cipralex (essitalopram) as antidepressant but stopped taking it with Lyrica, since both effect the nervous system. Shall I continue taking that too? I'm really desperate at the moment, the burning and aching doesn't go away and in fact some days its worse. Please, need comments from knowing people. Thanks in advance,
