Lyco Q100

my semen counting is 21 million. Active motality is 15%. Doctor prescribe me lyco q 100. Is it good and how it work?

• Lycopene: Improves total sperm health
• CoenzymeQ10: Enhances sperm motility
• Selenium: Protects the sperm from lipid peroxidation
• L-Arginine: Promotes sperm capacitation and acrosomal reaction
