Lupin Antiobiotic Effectiveness Deep Wound & Possible Infection

how long after taking lupin antiobiotic capsules will it clear up infection in deep wound in finger?

Lupin is the name of a drug manufacturer, not an actual medication. They make several different generic antibiotics, so I can't really tell you anything about it, without knowing the actual drug name.
