I took one 50 mg pill the first time. It did not work. I took two 50 mg pills the second time. It worked about 80%. Conclusion: pills contain 40% of claimed dosage. The right dosage for most men is 50 mg, so a claimed 100 mg, actual 40 mg, Fildena is the amount to take. If it's not enough, go to 150.

I'd strongly advise against doubling or instructing anyone else to do so. Since Fildena is a foreign product, there is no way of knowing how potent they are all, since they are not strictly regulated. Some my be sub-potent, but some may contain more of the active ingredient than expected, which could be dangerous.
