Losing Weight, Change Dosage?
UpdatedHello,
I've been on 150 of Synthroid for about 3 years. Recently I started training for a half marathon and have lost about 25 pounds in the last 7 months. Does weight loss/gain mean dosage change? Last blood test was about 4 months ago and everything checked out normal. Any feedback would be great. Thank you.

The dosage is based on the levels of thyroid hormones, not your weight, but your doctor should be checking that every 3 to 4 months and make an adjustment to the medication, if necessary.
How often has your doctor been running the tests?
