Losing Weight - Nur Isterate

I have been gaining weight while using Nur isterate - I am eating healthy but not losing any weight. What can I use to help lose weight?

@Amy,

For some people, it takes a combination of exercise and eating right to lose weight. For others, they may be fine doing either one... It all depends on what your goals are and how drastic you're willing or able to change things within your lifestyle to make it happen. You mentioned that you're eating healthy, but I would just add that a healthy diet is only one crucial ingredient in a successful weight loss regimen.

I hope you have managed to make progress towards your goal since the timing of your post! However I feel that weight management is a life long journey and sometimes baby steps are necessary in order to build the right routine for the long haul.
