I was prescribed Losartan Pot 25mg. When the prescription was first filled, I received a green, oblong, tablet. When it was renewed, I received a tiny, round, pink pill. Is this just a manufacturer's difference, depending on who made the drug or is it something else, like being given the wrong medication?Frank

Losartan is a generic medication, so it is manufactured by several different companies, but I can't really tell you any specifics, without knowing the markings on the tablets in question.
