Cocaine:
you dont have to worry about a false positive so much.
But opiates you will most deffinetly show up if you have taken lortab in the past few days.

It depends on the test and who's testing you. A simple 5 panel drug test for pre-employment wouldn't show hydromorphone on the Opiates section of the test. For most employers at least. A pain clinic checking to see what you have in your system would test for the synthetic opiates like oc, lortab, etc.
