Is Lortab the brand name for Hydrocodone 7.5/325? Or is it Norco, Vicodin, or what?

It depends on how is it prescribed. If you're suppose to take 2 tablets a day and it is for 30 tablets, you can get a refill in 15 days. If it is one tablet a day, then it will be 30 days and so on. Even if you have refills, beginning Oct 6, 2014, you will not longer be able to get refills on any hydrocodone combination medications Your dr also won't be able to call it in.

The one with 7.5mgs of Hydrocodone and 325mgs of Acetaminophen would be a generic for Norco, it's the only name brand that has that strength available.

However, in most cases they are all just used interchangeable, as long as the medication contains those 2 active ingredients, so you may hear or see it being referred to as any one of the 3.

Many doctors just write the prescriptions as Vicodin and then designate the dosage, because the pharmacy will dispense the correct ones and disregard that they may have used the wrong brand name.
