There can be slight fluctuations in generic medications in the amount of the active ingredients, so it is possible that the one you're taking now has a slightly lower amount and just doesn't work as well for you.

How long have you been taking it?
If you've been on it for awhile, it's also possible that you may have grown tolerant to it and will need to try a different medication.
These will soon be changed to only contain a maximum of 325mgs of Acetaminophen, anyway, which I am thinking will cause many people to have to switch medications.
I have jusy started taking these. I was taking the watsons before. It seems as if they don't work as well I'm in pain now as to before I wasn't
