Loprin 75 Usage And Side Effects

Hi. My son is 17 and he was prescribed loprin 75 after a tia attack. He now has a pressure-like feeling in his head, neck and back, and his blood pressure is also low. Could it be a side effect of loprin?

Loprin is listed as containing Aspirin, it is used in the dosage for its blood thinning effects, and heart health. The NIH lists its typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache, increased risk of bleeding, and stomach irritation.

Is he on any other medications? The low blood pressure and pressure feeling aren't normal side effects of this medication.
