Loose Motions For 10 Months Old Baby Boy

Hi frnds,
My son is 10 months old and he has loose motions upto 6 to 7 times a day and i have given sporlac powder 1gm sacket 2 times in a day ie.. each time 1gm . Is it safe to give 1gm sacket each time for 10 months old baby pls help me frnds ..

My babygirl have loosemotions since one year when i gave her medicine she become ok bt after two or three days she again have loosemotions . What is the main reasin i cann't understand
