Loose Motion In Every Four Days

i am suffering from stomach problems.my body cant digest any type of milk,meat etc m 17 years old n M getting weaker..plsss advice

I have v loose stools at least four times a day for years is this normal I have a balanced diet but I do like a drink in the evening only
