My 2-year-old daughter weighing 9 kg, has been suffering from loose motion since yesterday. She was diagnosed with a stomach infection and her stool color is whitish yellow but not very fluid. She's had 5 bowel movements since this morning. Please suggest a good antibiotic syrup.
