Loose Motion Sinse 2days

my 7 months baby has is suffering from loose motion since 2days. Before 2months she has gone under a surgical operation to her intestine because of loose motion like blood.
Please suggest me...

From last two days I'm getting loose motion right after taking my meal..Im 24 female..I have no health problems this started when I drank a glass of water which included lemon cucumber and mint leaves (I saw this in an article that it reduces fat belly..so wanted and gave it a try)
