Was this just a brief occurrence, or has it been continuing?

If it's just a brief bout of diarrhea, after eating something, then there is really no need to treat it.

However, if it has continued and is causing a problem, then medical intervention might be necessary.

In most countries, Loperamide can be obtained over the counter to help treat it, but it is always best to consult with your doctor or pharmacist, before taking anything.
