Looking For The Name Of This Pill (Top voted first)

My friend gave me a pill & said it was oxycodone 20mg. It's white round & one side has 20 on it & other side has R on top side of pill & P on bottom half. I've never seen a oxycodone this big though normally its a little small pill. Just curious if this is the real thing?

It's probably a Rhodes Pharmaceutical (RP) 20 mg (20) oxycodone; and yes, the Rhodes can be physically larger than most others.

Hi Brittany,

Based on the description, I agree that this "should be" a Rhodes Pharmaceutical 20mg Oxycodone pill. However, if you didn't receive it from a licensed pharmacy (and for all we know about your friend) that just opens up the possibly of it being counterfeit. There are many pill presses people use that can mimic physical descriptions, so going off that alone isn't always a sure bet when you're obtaining your medication in such a manner.

Have you tried taking this into a local pharmacy to see if they're able to identify it? Maybe they'd have some way to analyze its contents on the spot...
