Looking for a pain management doctor who will prescribe 30mg roxicodone 4 times a day or 30 mg OxyContin 3 times a day. Either in NJ or NY. I suffer from suffer chronic muscle and joint pain and I am desperate to find a doctor willing to help me. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

hello Im in severe pain and im willing to drive for help, ive had 2 operations and I need a dr willing to help me. My primary care dr can no longer write for patients long term. I've been to about 4 dr's and they will not seem to write for what im asking for and what ive been taking.

I have Reflex Sympathetic Dystrophy (CRPS) and have seen a pain mgmt. doc for treatment, including 2 opiates, for over a decade. My treatment has given me a quality of life that didn't seem possible in the first years. I have searched and scrambled for a new doctor, but face anti-prescription dogma and judgement, often treated in a demeaning manner. I am frustrated, and desperate to find one dr who will evaluate me and continue care that is most successful. Help, suggestions???

I go to Princeton pain mangy. They are very good about pain control. Follow the rules and they will make sure you are treated like a human being

I am writing this as a very frustrated just turned 40 year old mother of three children that is lucky to be alive after a drunk driver almost took my life 10 years ago. He hit my SUV from the back and sent it skidding and flipping over a few times on the NJ Turnpike. I landed upside down and crawled out of the broken window. At the time I only had scraped up knees with some glass fragments but since then-about the past five years or so, I have had the worst neck and back pain on a daily basis. I am so sick of being looked at like I am a drug addict or a liar or some type of degenerate because some jerk almost took my life and has inflicted this pain on me. I NEED medication for my quality of life. I have to get up everyday and take care of my children, they rely on me and if I am not being treated then who will take care of them? I cannot seem to find a primary doctor that gives a crap and most of the pain management places either do not take new patients, or put new patients through this extensive amount of bs, orrr charge a lot of money and with three kids I do not have much to spare! Please if anyone knows of any doctors whether primary or pain management that actually care, take the time to listen, and properly treat their patients, please help! I am in Hudson County so I would prefer close to home but I can definetely travel if need be. Thanks everyone and I really hope we all find the relief we seek without any further judgement

I wouldlike thatnumber ifyou find a dr here that will even treat you (a ligitamate dr) youcant get them filled because of the growing drug problem and the drs fear of liability help im n wv and will travel hell id move to recieve quality pain management ive had every joint below the waist replaced per degenerative bone disease and these drs still look at me like a pill seeker

Honey I know exactly how u feel. I have been in pain for 3yrs from a car accident my boyfriend and I were in and he was killed and I trapped in the car for 3 hours with serious injuries that almost led to leg amputation or never to walk again! Well God was good there. I didn't lose my leg and learned to walk within 2 yrs, crushed my pelvis, pubic bone, tt femur, tt knee, ft tibia where I still have rod and pins in knee too! I also crushed both ankles badly and still have pins on both sides if both ankles! I used to be pretty but my teeth r all falling out and broke and I stay in the house all the time! My name is Valerie and I can tell u a couple of docs that saw me right away and prescribed right away. All I had to give was an MRI from 2013 which they accepted. But the names I know who will prescribe are Jorden Fersel, Cranbury NJ and he had some other offices and a Dr Bhathia at Ricmond Interventional pain mgmt on Richmond ave in Staten Island but hrs very close to outerbridge crossing. He is kind compassionate and sympathetic! My problems were from something stupid but I know he liked me and all his patients! The other one Jordenn Fersel doesn't have a great bedside manner but he'll give u your meds! Going thru the exact thing as u! Was receiving 2 opiates which helped my life and muscle problems with muscle relaxers that helped me sleep and I couldn't go to him any longer cause it was too far and they said they'd send records and shouldn't have a problem but I've been to quite a few doctors in the past 2 months looking and some gave me small prescriptions for things that didn't last cause my tolerance is high. so I'm being judged and looked at like I'm doctor shopping but don't we have a right to look for a doctor who will help? So that term shouldn't apply but my pc doctor gave me a couple of low dose scripts of one of the opiates I was taking. 100 mg MS Contin 4 x daily plus opana 10 mg 4 x daily amongst other min narcotic meds and klonopin, but all my pc doctor gave me was 2 60 mg MS Contin 2 x a day and went back to her and she wrote another but can't fill it cause it's for the same dose which I told her if she changed it to just 3 a day they would fill but she didn't. So I'm out today of all opiates and going through withdrawal but please get back to me {edited for privacy}. I can help you with some names and maybe u can help me as I'm going thru the same! Hi ,I have been on 30 mg oxycodone and 40 mg opana ear for the last 6 years.my dr got caught up in tax problems and closed.i have.neck fusion surgery and never right since.Im in Delaware and need a dr.close by to continue meds so I can still work.please help if you can,I will lose my home if not tended to soon .
