Looking For Pain Management Doctor In Nj Or Ny Willing To Prescribe What Is Needed (Top voted first)

Looking for a pain management doctor who will prescribe 30mg roxicodone 4 times a day or 30 mg OxyContin 3 times a day. Either in NJ or NY. I suffer from suffer chronic muscle and joint pain and I am desperate to find a doctor willing to help me. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Moved to NJ from Ohio. I've been on the same medication for 4 years following spinal surgery. I'm in central jersey so I can travel in any direction including over the bridge into PA. Any good docs out here?

Chronic Pain NJ in Cherry Hill (Dr. Alexander Flaxman). He only accepts cash. ($200 for every 4 weeks or $100 every 2 weeks). You must have medical records, MRIs, etc. U/A's on the first visit and then randomly once per quarter. He is very nice and compassionate but he is a legitimate dr who follows the rules.

Hi. I am from northern New Jersey. My rheumatologist told me on Tuesday that he can no longer prescribe pain meds (percocet to be exact) for my osteoarthritis in both knees. The right is worse than the left so I don't know what to do and I desperately need help. I am literally bedridden in pain all day every day. At the moment I'm not able to work. I'm getting very very depressed. I don't wanna live this way anymore. I can't do it. So I am begging someone to help me to find a pain management doctor that will prescribe pain meds. Thank you for any help in New Jersey.

Yeah sorry that was not cool of me. where are you from? I am looking for a doctor as well, but know of two with jersey and NY offices who are cash only but WILL help you. I'm young and can't work with my pain so I am in the process of saving up cash now for my visit.

I am writing this as a very frustrated just turned 40 year old mother of three children that is lucky to be alive after a drunk driver almost took my life 10 years ago. He hit my SUV from the back and sent it skidding and flipping over a few times on the NJ Turnpike. I landed upside down and crawled out of the broken window. At the time I only had scraped up knees with some glass fragments but since then-about the past five years or so, I have had the worst neck and back pain on a daily basis. I am so sick of being looked at like I am a drug addict or a liar or some type of degenerate because some jerk almost took my life and has inflicted this pain on me. I NEED medication for my quality of life. I have to get up everyday and take care of my children, they rely on me and if I am not being treated then who will take care of them? I cannot seem to find a primary doctor that gives a crap and most of the pain management places either do not take new patients, or put new patients through this extensive amount of bs, orrr charge a lot of money and with three kids I do not have much to spare! Please if anyone knows of any doctors whether primary or pain management that actually care, take the time to listen, and properly treat their patients, please help! I am in Hudson County so I would prefer close to home but I can definetely travel if need be. Thanks everyone and I really hope we all find the relief we seek without any further judgement

I wouldlike thatnumber ifyou find a dr here that will even treat you (a ligitamate dr) youcant get them filled because of the growing drug problem and the drs fear of liability help im n wv and will travel hell id move to recieve quality pain management ive had every joint below the waist replaced per degenerative bone disease and these drs still look at me like a pill seeker

Hi! I been on oxycodone for seven years. Unfortunately, my doctor closed their doors this year and I had to switch doctors. I have sing my new doctor's office 3 times each time I was with a new doctor and they cut out several of my meds and cut down my oxycodone by 30 with each visit! I am sitting in the office as I type, that when I leave, I will be cut down even further. 7 years ago I was told I would never get out of my wheelchair and walk again but through proper medications, I haven't used a wheelchair in over a year. I live a little south of deptford in a town called berlin, if anyone could give me information for a doctor that will not treat me as a drug seeker but as a patient who has had her life dramatically changed for the worse. Then got somewhat of a resemblance of my life back through good medical treatment. Now I'm am quickly losing my ability to be active and forsee myself back with a walker or wheelchair within the years end if I can't find a doctor more like my last. New jersey chronic pain....Google it or check phonebook...it's in there.....must have mri and proper records.....and be legit...( sorry to say that, but all kinda people ....ya know

Who is your current doctor? Dr. Monica Mehta in Jersey City will prescription what you need but you must go for physical therapy in her office 3xs a week. She accepts walk in patients as well. The orthopedic institute in hackettstown will also prescribe meds for legitimate chronic pain patients with medical records, MRI, etc.
