Looking For A Pharmacy To Fill My 150 30/mg Oxycodone (Page 2) (Top voted first)

I went to 13 pharmacies in La to fill my prescription and every pharmacy told me they were back ordered and a couple told me they dont carry it because they have been robbed. Ive never had trouble filling it where I live in the Bay Area but I'm down here for the month. I will run out of medicine tomorrow, does anyone know regular pharmacies anywhere near la who usually stock this.

I know two pharmacies that can fill your script. They have become a lot harder to get I wont lie but the two places I know they know me personally and will do it for you because ive been going for over 5 years

People on this thread are having the same sort of problems that are being talked about on the other threads. We are all having problems with getting medical care and pain medication. Those of us who are chronic and see no hope for ever being better, have nothing to work with except our pain management and our pain medications. When our medical care or our medications are taken away from us, we lose our ability to function.

Im in the Antelope Valley but try stores w larger inventory like Costco & Sam's Club. I know u dont have to have a membership at Sam's Club either & if u'v gotten meds filled at WalMart then u'r already in their sytem. I, personally, got really tired of the pill popping rituals so I just recently switched to Fentanyl patches to break myself of that with the exception of break thru pain meds. Least Im counting pills alot less these days, so my plan seems to be working so far. Good luck!

Rite aid outside the city.. make nice to them and go in 5 days before ur script is due and they put em aside i think....mine r there every month...a good relationship with a pharmacist is a lifesaver. ..

Dr Oz - Paying cash is not a red flag and you have no business calling yourself a doctor. I was injured at work had to retire. The Center for Medicare Services told workmans comp to put money in a - SET ASIDE - account for me to pay for doctors and meds. This is what i do. I get payments from an annuity that allows me to PAY cash for mydoctor visits and meds. I am so tired of this crap! I worked for over twenty years and would like to keep working but a battery of tests deemed this impossible. I have to take pain meds for life! Instead of a ten minute trip to the Pharmacy I now drive around for hours listening to the -We are out - its on back order mess! Dr when somebody goes over the edgebecause the pain is unbearable - think about the MIsinformation you are writing here!

I live in GA, Im having the same problem as everyone else i get 120 30mg oxycodone
Ive been getttung them filled at a regular place for the past yr until this month and they tell me their out, on bk order I have cancer and hio replacements and nerve damage, pharmacys wont fill cos you dont live in this county and your dr in this co,

Im in the same boat. Same doctor for 3 years, legitimate pain due to surguries and a herniated disc. I dont understand why these pharmacies discriminate or judge me, they have no idea the pain im in. This month ive gone to multiple places with no luck. Just getting up and taking a shower is a pain.. This needs proper attention im with you we gotta do something

Big brother in full affect ....they dont give a f*** about ppl in pain ....they think were all junkies ....i say its time for revolution my ppl ....rose up....with ur one good leg and bad backs n kick some doors down....something has to change....to many ppl really need pain meds!!!!! .......i know im fed up ...they tell me most of the time there out of stock ,..itll b bout a week....LIARS... It's a damn shame that the pharmacies are now deciding who gets their meds and who doesn't. If a doctor prescribes it and the insurance will cover it, then the pharmacy should just do their job, but they don't. They treat everyone in chronic pain like they are criminals....it's a disgrace. I'm sick and tired of being looked at like I'm doing something wrong because my doctor and surgeon have decided that this is the best route for my case.

Todd, have a group of chronic pain people here, who we all are treated like street criminals every month when we go to fill our pain meds. This shabby treatment has been going on for several years now, so I don't believe it will stop. The attitude seems to be that since we are "junkies" we will put up with any treatment necessary to get our "dope". Only answer I can see to the treatment, is to fill out a complaint form with every pharmacy with the individuals name who treated you badly. I've done that at Kroger and Safeway.

Thank you for the warning on the Fentanyl patches. Fentanyl patches and straight out morphine, both seem like powerful pain killers that I don't think I'm ready for with my pain level. It kind of amazes me that the insurance company would suggest it. I don't think the insurance company has suggested the change to help me with my pain, I think they want to save a few dollars. Yet that doesn't compute with me either, because I would think Fentanyl patches would be much more expensive than Opana ER.

A friend was explaining to me that the insurance companies are now involved in the purchase and distribution of medications. That it just isn't the medications that they are providing to their insured through their mail order pharmacy, but that they are involved with actual purchase, warehousing, and distribution of all sorts of other medications. Kind of like trading barrels of oil or pork belly. The friend didn't explain enough for me to understand how the insurance companies would be making money on this, unless it's to do with major purchases affect nationwide pricing. Have you heard anything about insurance companies doing this? The friend said that if the insurance company has purchased a large amount of the fentanyl patches (at a reduced price), warehoused, then resold to a pharmacy chain at a higher price, so they are pushing doctors to write the prescriptions?

What is the deal with filling a script a legit dr wrote for legit pain. Had surgery And my urethra had twisted and my pain is beyond extreme. Waiting to have it fixed. So my doc has written oxy 30 for my pain. What the hell with these pharmacies. Say they have it. Them they don't. Playing games. Why woulda doc wrote a script nobody has. Makes no sense. Them they shouldn't write it. Now Home dying In pian. Hosp won't help me cause I've been there Andy history now shows to many narcs on list. But it was for botched surgery. And have MRI and cat scan to show. Bit it doesn't matter. I'll be sent home with nothing. Have a useless script. Wife going to doc on morning to have it changed to something else I'd rather have something them nothing. The pain is unreal and I'm sick of the fact that celebrities screwed everything thing up for real PLp who have real pain. The thing is they'll still get their pills. And we suffer. I'm right now sweating. Shaking. Nauseas. And in tears because not one pharmacy has pain meds what the hell I'm 2 second for. Going to hosp. Bit I know it wil be a waste of time. What's wrong with this country. I'm Not an addict. I had a botched surgery and have proof and don't understand why I'm being treated like this.

Try Sam's Club. U dont need a membership. I never have a hard time getting over a 120+ Percocets AND 50 mcg Fentanyl patches filled there, practically every 2 wks even. Thats the combo Im on for 4 herniated discs in my neck, degenerating disc disease in both my cervical spine AND lower lumbar, AAAND fibromialgia. The best thing to do is getting an extended release pain med cuz I was simply tired of counting & snacking on pills all day. Hope this helps. Good luck & God Bless!

HI...i just got my script for 150 30mg oxycodone. Im having alot of trouble filling this in LA..been to 15 pharmacies today. I used to fill name brand oxycontin for 3 years but the cost is so much i cant afford those anymore. Can anyone help me find a pharmacy in the greater los Angeles area. My script and doc are totally legit i just really hate them judging me. Please help!!

The reason it's almost impossible to find a pharmacy that stocks Oxycotinhas nothing to do with Obamacare, this is a GOP troll. OxyContin is a Class 4 narcotic and to receive permission to stock it a pharmacy has to ask to jump thru hoops. Go away troll, you are not being helpful.
