I have been dealing with treatment resistant depression and chronic pain for 5 years. I have researched Ketamine, infusions and nasal sprays, and it sounds like the answer to my prayers! My psych knows about it but doesnt prescribe it. I would love to do a clincal trial but they are all far away! i cant even find an infusion center here. Does anyone have experience with this? Thank you.

We are doing Ketamine now at Psychiatry Associates of Kansas City and I am one of the psychiatrists doing this for treatment-resistant depression. You can call 913-385-7252 to schedule an appt. with myself Dr. Handoo.

I have fought major depression for over 10 years. I had the treatments but the dr. that did them had already planned to retire and move to his home country. I had to have a higher dose and the dr administered it by nebulizer, I freak about needles. It worked! Now I am struggling to find a dr that will do them, none will use nebulizer, and aren't horrifically expensive. The drug costs so little but treatments will be in the thousands. I hate people or drug companies that just want to make as much money as they can with patients like us that are drowning in depression, usually work little if at all. The hippocratic oath should be changed to, "First make tons of money". My current dr is supposed to be setting up to do them.
