Looking For A Doctor In Wv Or Close That Prescribes Subutex (Page 2) (Top voted first)
UpdatedI know people in wv who go to pa to get scripts of subutex and sell them. They wont give up any info about the doctor they go too because they don't want anyone else in the area out selling them. I am an addict who needs help. I have researched subutex and I feel that this med will help me. I am tired of these pain killers killing my pocket. If anyone has any info on a good doctor in wv or surrounding states please let me know.
At almost every Methadone clinic that I’ve encountered also offers Suboxone or Subutex as part of MAT (Medication assisted therapy)
If you have insurance either Obamacare Medi-Cal or any other state type they will pay for the medication that is being dispenser I strongly suggest you look at one of those options
Where are you from and who is the doc? Need to find one that will prescribe subutex. Currently on methadone, but have to travel for work all the time, so methadone isn't working out so well.
What happened to you I want to share that info.
Which is absolutely disgusting. If you're truly trying to get clean it's people like that that ruin sobriety for everyone. If I had a doctor or name to give you trust and believe me that I would. People need to be more compassionate and realize that money is the route to all EVIL. These ppl should truly feel ashmefd of themselves.
If anyone is close to Clarksburg, WV or is willing to travel to Clarksburg, I can provide you with the name and number for a clinic. If you have a referral to trade awesome, if not that is fine too. I just don't want to POST the information to the public and have the place flooded with calls from all over the place.
If you are serious about treatment and not just wanting the medicine to sell, can get to Clarksburg, WV once a week for 3 months, then every 2 weeks for 6 months then once a month or everyday to be dosed AT the clinic, and can afford $300 upfront for your first visit and $95 per week thereafter, I will provide you with the name and phone number of a West Virginia doctor in Clarksburg. I am ONLY giving the number to serious individuals not those wanting it to sell!
This clinic is only accepting private pay patients. The first visit is $300 and then its $95 per week thereafter. They also have a daily dosing program. With it you go daily to take your medication at the clinic. They do accept WV Medicaid and other insurance but there IS a waiting list. On the prescription program they give Subutex, Suboxone, Methadone and Zubsolv. To get Subutex you MUST have a paper stating you are allergic to Subutex from a doctor and you MUST take it in with you. They offer Subutex, Suboxone and Methadone on the daily dose program and you get your choice of medication and need no documentation to get Subutex.
Email me {edited for privacy}, I'd like to talk to you about this if you're still having issues finding the help you need. I hate to see people go through this it's very sad how cruel people can be. They'd rather worry about themselves making money rather than actually helping someone else with their sobriety!!! I know you posted this sometime ago so if you are okay now that's great news!
That is incorrect. I know 7 people that have none of those things you said and they get tex. Not trying to bash but that's false. Two of my family members get them in pa. It isn't cheap tho.
I have an almost 4 month old that I breastfeed. I'm in Tennessee were they only write subutex for pregnancy and then a limited time after. I love breastfeeding for my daughters benefit and am scared of being switched to suboxone. I don't want her introduced to naloxone or any other drugs. Its bad enough I exposed her to subutex. A girl I know told me I might be able to go in Virginia or surrounndung state's.If anyone has any information for a doctor that would work with me on subutex for while I'm breastfeeding and could share that info. I would greatly appreciate it. Thank for your time and response
I know of 2 doctors in pa that are taking new patients. I am willing to give you the information if I can find a Dr in WV where I live. Also if you know of a pharmacy I can get them filled in WV also.
Come on man so e people need this number im in wv and my gf needs the number bad cause her liver is so bad
Why don't people want to help other people with getting a Dr's # that want it?... If I had any info I'd gladly share. I'm in Beckley wv and can't find not one Dr that isn't a waiting list. By the time I can get in I might be dead. I won't put myself threw withdrawal no way never again, I can't do that. I'd rather die then deal with that. Can anybody just be nice enough to please tell me a Dr to call or see about getting help? I don't care what it is, suboxone or subutex..please help me..

Why cant you just give the name of the damn dr ???
There is a doctor in Point Pleasant (he has 2 offices - 1 in Point Pleasant and 1 in Huntington) and he is cash based. $300 a month but allows you to pay weekly ($75) after you are established with him for financial purposes (if needed). You can pay for a month but you must go in every 2 weeks (which is how I pay). He writes scripts for Suboxone and if after a few months your drug panels are clean and go to the group therapy sessions which are mandatory - he may change you to Subutex which is what he did for me. I did not ask or pressure him to do this, it happened on its own. Barboursville Behavioral Health, Inc. 304-972-9175
Rose try dr. Capito. He will only take you if your pregnant and he'll only prescribe the tex if your pregnant. But hes the only one i know of in wv. And hes in weirton.

Congratulations on your sobriety! However telling ppl to detox from pain killers or other opioids rather than using buprenorphine to taper off. Bupe allows ppl to get a maintenance dose so they can get their lives back not having to worry about finding drugs or being sick. It's a lifesaver. Discourage illicit drug use and encourage seeking treatment. Counseling and therapy is key.
Unless pregnant, nursing, or allergic to naloxone, you will not be prescribed subutex. You will get suboxone. (except under extremely rare circumstances I suppose). Yes, subutex is better, but suboxone will keep you from being able to get high on opiates and it efficiently takes away cravings. I would go to a suboxone clinic and get help there. Good luck!!
