I am sorry that you are having trouble getting your prescription filled, but unfortunately, it is likely to remain difficult for another month or two.

Shortages almost always occur towards the end of the year, due to mandatory manufacturing limits and, even if they want to help you, if your pharmacy has exhausted their supply, there is nothing they can do, until production resumes in the new year.
