I would like to know how anyone is doing with long term weight loss using Contrave and a healthy lifestyle?

It has been very helpful for many people that take it, but the key is exactly what you mentioned, you have to maintain a healthy diet, and lifestyle.

Unfortunately, many people expect medications to do all the work, while they continue to eat whatever they want, and/or lead a sedentary lifestyle.

The FDA lists its typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache, dry mouth, mood changes, and anorexia.
