Lomotil - How Long Does It Stay In Your System

I take lomotil, 2.5 mg up to 4x a day for Crohn's disease and I have short bowel syndrome due to multiple GI surgeries. I know this med is a controlled substance, diphenoxylate atropine, and wonder at this dosage if I would get a positive drug test?
