Lo Loestrin Bleeding And Travel

I have been taking Lo Lo for 6 or 7 months. And I often get bleeding in the middle of the month in addition to when I am suppose to get my period at the white and brown pills. or I will bleed during the month and then skip when I am supposed to have it (again at the white and brown pills). this is still happening after 6 or 7 months of using it. I think it may have to do with the fact that I live an international back and forth life style with an 8 hour time difference. every time i fly I change when I take the pill so theoretically my body won't know the difference. for example: in the states I take my pill at 10am in england I take it at 6pm. so i am accounting for the 8 hour difference. by doing this i was hoping to not throw my body off as much. but i think it still is. Is my travel causing the inconsistency in my bleeding pattern?

If you're being so careful with the time zones, then I think that has little to do with the problem.

More than likely, this just isn't the right pill for you to take.

I had similar problems, when I was younger and first started taking oral contraceptives, it took several tries, before I found one that worked well for me.
