Just started taking Lo Loestrin a week ago and traveled across the world and alarm was set without remembering time zone so took pill 4 hours and 15 minutes late. I won't be having sex for another 8 days at least (since out of the country) and know to be careful for the first month since I just started. Two questions. First will taking it 4 hours late hurt anything? I'm usually really on top of it so it shouldn't happen again. And secondly, how long is it recommended to wait before not using additional birth control measures?
