When can I get this at my local drugstore?

You would have to ask your store when or if they are going to get it in, if they don't normally carry it, they should be able to order it in for you. You will, however, need a prescription in the U.S.

Since it is an oral contraceptive, which can cause serious side effects or have an effect on other medical conditions, it requires a gynecological and physical exam, as well as doctors approval to use it.

My dr prescribed this pill to me. I have 3 different pharmacies in my small town and none of them have this pill and they all say they are unable to order it for some reason. This was the first pill that hadn't made me sick or made my periods worse. I hope my pharmacy will figure out how to get it. :(
