Livogen-z Information

My iron levels are 4.2. I want to know at what dosage should Livogen-Z be taken? How long (duration) before the level of iron is reached as required by the human body?

Livogen-Z contains 152mgs of Ferrous Fumarate, 750mgs of Folic Acid and 61.8mgs of Zinc, it is normally prescribed to be taken once daily.

However, what has your doctor instructed? It may vary depending on the severity of the deficiency.

There also no hard and fast rule as to when your levels will return to normal, it really depends on what has caused the deficiency.
