Sir, this is Ravi Vishal i consulted a doctor after having a blood test. I was informed that heamoglobin level is low in my blood and the same has to be increased. I have been advised to take livogen, bentadon. folic acid tablets. Jus i want to know what way these tablets help me and i need to know since iam a pure vegetarian suggest me some particular vegetables which will make me strong. Thank You.

The reason your level was low is likely due to the fact that you're a vegetarian and aren't taking in all of the nutrients you need.
And that's exactly what these tablets are, they are nutritional supplements to correct the deficiencies you have.
Livogen contains iron and Folic Acid.
Benadon contains Pyridoxine, which is vitamin B6.
It's okay to be a vegetarian, but you do need to make sure that you eat a varied diet and take in some form of regular protein.
