How effective is Liv-52 in preventing/treating fatty liver and ALD?

I have gr 1 fatty liver and i would ask you to kindly give me treatment advice for liv-52. Is it ok as a treatment option?

I have a fatty liver due to diet and alcohol. I got a REALLY high lft result. I didn't stop drinking but I might as well have with beer at 0.9% and some light beer for a few weeks. Exercise is important. My next test was a little better. I started all over again. Apple cider vinegar, liver support tablets with Turmeric and this time LIV 52 DS. I was wary of taking too many supplements as its a catch 22 with the liver. Next test almost perfect result.
