Only asking because I came across another thread (linked above) with a similar pill description, stating that it is 2mgs of Hydromorphone; please correct me if I'm wrong here.
In any case, the number imprint on the pill is generally indicative of the dosage of the drug. This tends to hold true in most cases, but if your pill is not Hydromorphone, then I haven't found any specific details "confirming" the dosage.
