My friend stayed with me and I found this lil yellow pill. It has a 4 on one side and what sorta looks like an e on the other.

Is it also kind of oval in shape? If it is then this is Enjuvia, an estrogen hormone.

If the pill is round and more beige in color, then it is is geberic Dilaudid, 4mgs of Hydromorphone, a very potent narcotic.

I have an idea, why not call your friend and ask her what it is for. It sounds to me like your interest is suspect.
