Can I take Rumoquin-N.F. & Lisinop/HCTZ Tab 20-12.5 together at the same time?

My findings state that there are potentially unsafe interactions that apply to Rumoquin N.F. (dexamethasone + methocarbamol + phenylbutazone) & Lisinopril. Quoted below are the precautions you should be aware of:

"Dexamethasone may reduce the effects of lisinopril in lowering blood pressure. The interaction is most likely to occur when dexamethasone is used for more than a week, since prolonged use can cause sodium and water retention. Let your doctor know if you experience sudden, unexplained weight gain or swelling of the hands, ankles, or feet. You may need a dose adjustment or more frequent monitoring by your doctor to safely use both medications."

"Lisinopril and methocarbamol may have additive effects in lowering your blood pressure. You may experience headache, dizziness, lightheadedness, fainting, and/or changes in pulse or heart rate. These side effects are most likely to be seen at the beginning of treatment, following a dose increase, or when treatment is restarted after an interruption. Let your doctor know if you develop these symptoms and they do not go away after a few days or they become troublesome. Avoid driving or operating hazardous machinery until you know how the medications affect you, and use caution when getting up from a sitting or lying position."

"Before using dexamethasone, tell your doctor if you also use phenylbutazone. Call the doctor if you have side effects such as unusual bleeding, severe abdominal pain, dizziness, lightheadedness, and the appearance of black, tarry stools. You should take the medications with food and tell your doctor if you have any of these symptoms. You may need a dose adjustment if you take both medications. This may be more likely to occur in older adults or those with a debilitating condition."

That said, you may want to go ahead and discuss these interactions with your doctor so you can be sure your taking the most appropriate combination of drugs.

I hope this helps!
