there are 480 ml in a pint so if your dose recommendation is 10ml for a 7.5/750 then you would have the equal of 48 lortab 7.5's (the liquid I received for base of tongue cancer treatment was very high in acetaminophen for some reason). My dose was 10ml every 2 hours (plus I was using 350 mcg of Fentanyl patches!)
