Liquid Oxycotin

the old oxycotin worked great for my 6 herniaed dics but the new OP oxycotin comes no were as near the releif and a shorter pain releaf. I was on 3 80mg oc (now OP) does the liquid (or did they redo the liquid too) still act as the old OC made by perdue thank you

Yes, we have had may complaints about the new Oxycontin formulation not working as well as the old one and that it can cause unusual side effects.

I encourage everyone that has had problems with it to report it to both the FDA and Purdue, so they are aware of the issue, you can do so at the following numbers:

And as to the liquid, no those formulations have not been changed, but they are not able to be time released, so it may not handle your pain as the time released formulation did.
