Yes, this is a generic for Norco, Vicodin, Lortab and several others.
It contains 7.5mgs of Hydrocodone and 325mgs of Acetaminophen, it's a narcotic pain reliever, so it may be habit forming and could cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, drowsiness, constipation and dry mouth.
