I have a round light-orange colored pill with AUM 101 on one side and blank on the other side. Can you please tell me what this is?

West-Ward Pharmaceutical Corp. lists this tablet as containing 10mgs of Montelukast, it is usually used to treat, or prevent respiratory allergic responses. NDC code: 00143-9649

The FDA lists its typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dry mouth, constipation, dizziness, and headache.

I tried it for a few months, and it didn't work for me, at all, sadly enough. So, I am still miserable with allergy symptoms.
