It's an Altoid. I know, because I found one in my son's car, looked it up, couldn't find it on a pill-finder website. Saw this post, tasted it ... yep, it's a wintergreen Altoid. It does look suspiciously like a pharmaceutical, though!

There is a light blue one with an A on one side, that is square and is a sugar-free Altoid.
They do look like pills, with the way they are formed.
Can you please check and post back?

It does not smell like a mint. If I lick it to see if it is an Altoid and it really is a pill, will the pill appear on a screening as an opiate?
