Hi April,
Do the four raised lines resemble a cross-score like this "+"? Or are they all parallel?
I have come across light blue oval tablets with no markings, but that also includes pills with no lines either...
My suspicion leads me to believe that it may be an over the counter product, foreign or illicit substance, since the FDA requires all prescription drugs to bear an imprint for identification.
Whereabouts did you get it from?
