It's a capsule and it has dark blue on one end and on the other is a light blue and in between both of them there is a white or gray ring around the center of it. What is it? And what does it do if u take two of them?

These contain Acetaminophen and Diphenhydramine; they are a generic or store brand of Tylenol PM. The regular dosing is actually 2 of them, they will make you drowsy.
They may also cause nausea and dizziness.
