Light Blue 734 With Triangle Logo

I have a pill that is light blue oblong caplet with imprint 734 and a triangle logo. It is unscored. Any idea what this is?

This tablet is manufactured by Actavis Pharma, and they list it as containing 27mgs of Methylphenidate in an extended release formulation, it is most commonly used to treat ADHD, and narcolepsy. NDC: 62037-0734

The FDA warns that this medication carries the risk of being habit forming, and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, headache, irritability, insomnia, and anorexia.
