Since you have only half the pill, there's only half of an imprint to search for; meaning it will be impossible to know for 100% certain what the pill actually is unless you were to have it lab tested.
However, I have seen at least a handful of round light blue pills with a capital "M" stamped on one side and other numbers imprinted on the back. So It's more than likely a prescription medication. Are there any partial markings on the backside of the pill as well?
