Roxicodone,.is a brand name for oxycodone hydrochloride. Roxanne Pharm. is the manufacturer . A 215 pill, is from Activis pharm. The real roxicodone is identifed on the pill as "540 199".

Just to add a little more specificity for anyone else that may read this post....

Roxicodone is the name brand for a regular release formulation of Oxycodone, so it is different from the time released and instant release formulations.
