Lidoderm Lidocaine Patch 5% Addictive?

I have a Lidoderm patch that you put on to take care of the pain you are having. I want to know if this patch is addictive and if it makes you high while you are on it.

No, they will not make you feel high, it contains a topical anesthetic to relieve minor pain.

Side effects are related to that and may include skin irritation and redness.
