Librax Substitute

Is there something over the counter that works like Librax? I have GAD and have occasional morning bouts of irritabal bowel syndrome. I had a prescription for Librax and still have a few but I don't know if the doc will refill it.

No, I'm afraid there isn't. There may be some natural herbal remedies that you could try, if you have a health food/vitamin shop nearby, they are usually pretty knowledgeable about such things and can make suggestions….of course you always need to make sure that your trying such things is okay with your doctor, before doing so.

Otherwise, the best suggestion I can make is to discuss the issue with your doctor. They may refill it, it is fairly common for such issues to occur regularly and not really clear up on their own, so many people require ongoing treatment and medications.

Librax has become to expensive! Is there some other drug or home remedy to try. My doctor just said stay on the med. but I'm in pain

I don't have a doctor to get the pills or a prescription from. My stomach is killing me, it feels like everything is in a twisted knot that keeps getting tighter.
