has this helped many men with their manhood? Any negative side effects?

Lexitrol A12 is a supplement product, not a medication, this means that it is not actually proven to help with anything, in addition the side effect profiles for it are not studied, as is done for prescription medications.

It is listed as containing: Panex Ginseng, Maca and Zinc.

They claim it helps with erectile dysfunction, but these ingredients are available over the counter, in many products and if they really had some type of effect for men, someone would have noticed by now.
