Lexapro Withdrawal Symptoms

Would withdrawal symptoms affect me after forgetting to take the medication for 4 days? OR Would I be getting withdrawal symptoms from dropping dosages in my lexapro? I have been on it for roughly 6 months and 3 weeks ago the dr told me to drop down to 10mg which I cut my 20's in half but I am constantly forgetting. I haven't taken them for 4 days until I remembered last night.
I feel mentally and emotionally fine. I don't cry more then usual and circumstances have changed for me recently and I felt as though I no longer need anti depressants.
The last few weeks I've had some health issues similar to the side effects of starting lexapro but they only lasted about a week.
but in the last week or so I've had a lot of other things that are beginning to concern me:
-Increased sweating
-Dry mouth
-Very sore feet
-Hot flushes
-Chills and shivers
-Loss of appetite
-Pins and needles
-Head spins (they are like that overwhelming feeling you get when you are just about to fall asleep)
-Blurred/double vision
-Eyes have become super sensitive to light so much I can't keep them open
-No conception of time
-Not caring about anyone else
-Head spins that are followed by me blacking out
-I got a UTI while at work last night that also included bladder leakage. 6 bottles of water and 2 hours later I got a consistent stream but its still leaking abit
-Ear aches
-My face will feel like its on fire
-Jaw will ache at the part near my ears
-Deja vu feelings. Like I'm in a dream
-Hearing s*** that isn't there
-Difficulty hearing what people are saying
-Stronger sense of smell
-I get a temporary feeling of rush or adrenaline
-I feel like when I say things it doesn't make sense.
Can anyone please tell me if these would be connected to lexapro? From forgetting to take it or dropping in mg??
All info will be very much appreciated.

Thank you verwon. That actually is helpful. I have spoken to my dr but unfortunately my normal dr has moved and I I've been given a new dr. He doesn't know as much about anti depressants or side effects/ withdrawals. But I'm sure the more I go see him the more he will find out for me.
I've been taking 10mg for 4 weeks now and everything has settled after getting back on track for the days I missed. Just head spins and all the other symptoms are quite mild in comparison.
I think I'd be better off staying on 10mg and continue adjusting instead of jumping back upto 20's.
Hello, Bec! How are you?
You could be experiencing withdrawal symptoms from both dropping the dose and missing doses, combining both likely just made things worse.
Most of what you've described can be withdrawal effects, as reported by the FDA, though not likely the UTI, you may also experience weight changes and diarrhea.
Speaking to your doctor would be the best thing to do, you may need to do a more gradual drop and to find a method to remind yourself to take it.
Is there anything else I can help with?
