Lexapro And Word Confusion

Hello! I started 10 mg cipralex one month ago and each day I feel like a new cognitive issue is coming up. The last 4 days I have been saying the wrong words in sentences like "watch your shoes" instead of "wear your shoes". This is driving me nuts. Has anyone else experienced these things while on cipralex?

Im on quetiapine and venlafaxine. The same happens to me. Ill mix up words too.
