Lexamil And Weight Gain

Good day, I have been drinking Lexamil 10mg for 2 years now I have gained 10kg since I have been taking it. I am struggling to lose the weight that I have gained within the 2 years. I am in the process of getting off of it now. Can my weight gain be caused by Lexamil as I have bee eating better and exercising more since I was diagnosed with depression and drinking the Lexamil but still gained weight. Thank you in advance.

Not sure I think it can be i use Lexamil 10mg and Epilim 500mg and gained 16kg in 8 months i dont even eat more and have stop eating chocolates and drinking sodas every day but keep on gaining weight ???

I amcurrently tapering down and started with the 5ml. I have experienced dizziness now that I am decreasing my dosage. Thank you for clearing it up for me.

Yes, that can be a side effect of this medication, as reported by the U.S. FDA. You may also experience nausea, dizziness, headache, mood swings and dry mouth.

Are you on any other medications? Are you tapering off of this one?
